Shipping
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
Our warehouse staffs are super quick, so if you notice an error please email us ASAP with your name and order number so we can try to make the correction(s) to your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can change it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!
How long will my order take?
Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Mondays-Fridays (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 2 ~ 8 business days after your order is placed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after. E-packet is our primary carrier for U.S customers, Depending on where you live, packages are delivered within 4 ~ 20 business days from the date of shipment.
Can I track my order(s)?
When we dispatch your order from our warehouse we will send you tracking information for your order via email. You can track your order with the tracking number, provided via email, on our Track Order page.
Will my order come in one package?
Depending on the size and items in your order you may receive separate packages that may possibly arrive 1~2 business days apart.
Returns & Exchanges
I received a damaged item, what do I do?
We apologize that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us with your name and order number for further assistance.
How do I ship my order back to you?
To start a return, you can contact us at support@expressivecustoms.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You, the customer will be required to pay the return shipping fee.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges.The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
I ordered a custom/personalized product. Can I return it?
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are non-returnable.

How quickly can you answer my question?
We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24-72 hours of receiving a message or email. If you use the Chat with Us tool below, we will get to you as soon as possible.
